'공감선유'는 - 언덕정원에서 마음을 함께하다 - 라는 뜻으로 자연과 문화를 통해 휴식이 있는 삶을 지향한다는 것을 의미합니다.
'Gonggam Sonyoo' means 'sharing the heart in a hillside garden' and represents a commitment to promoting a life of rest and relaxation by providing visitors with a space to immerse themselves in various forms of art and appreciate the beauty of nature.
"잘 짜여진 공간은 묘한 안정감이 있습니다. 황금 비율로 일컬어지는 구조의 안정성을 보면서 안도감을 느끼고 넓게 펼쳐진 옥구평야 들판을 바라보면 해방감을 느낍니다."
공감 선유는 모던한 콘크리트 건물 5개 동과 초가 한옥을 주변 자연 경관과 어울리게 배치해 현대와 복고가 공존하는 감성의 건축공간을 조성했습니다.
갤러리는 건물과 울타리 담장으로 외부와 차단하면서 내부에서는 음료를 마시며, 다양한 정원을 걷고, 또 다른 공간에서 전시를 보도록 디자인된 복합문화공간입니다.

A well-designed space has a strange feeling of stability. Looking at the stability of the structure, which is called the golden ratio, you can feel a sense of relief, and looking out over the wide open fields of Okgu Pyeongya, you can feel a sense of liberation.
Located in Gunsan, South Korea, Gonggam Sonyoo creates a sensuous architectural space where modernity and nostalgia coexist by positioning five modern concrete buildings and a traditional thatched-roof house known in Korea as Hanok Choga in harmony with the natural landscape.
The gallery is surrounded by buildings and dense, tall shrubs that are planted in a line of lush greenery walls, providing privacy to the landscape. Meanwhile, the interior is designed to showcase indoor exhibits, and the outdoor area features several gardens where visitors can enjoy a drink and stroll along the walkways.
